- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 (12 oz) can solid white albacore tuna, drained
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.
- Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked noodles, spinach, artichokes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of each type of cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (and optional breadcrumbs).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
