- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a large baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the first layer. Add half of the Gruyère cheese.
- Repeat layering with the remaining potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Pour heavy cream evenly over the layered potatoes until just covered.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
