  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a large baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the first layer. Add half of the Gruyère cheese.
  4. Repeat layering with the remaining potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  5. Pour heavy cream evenly over the layered potatoes until just covered.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
