- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup ditalini pasta (or small shells)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion and carrots for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add garlic and zucchinis; cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly softened.
