Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the truffles.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Dip each chilled truffle in the melted white chocolate, tapping off excess chocolate. Place back on parchment paper and decorate with cocoa powder or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
