Instructions

- Gradually add flour while mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled (about 1 hour).
- For the filling, mix softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Roll out risen dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick and spread filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end into a log shape. Slice into equal pieces (about 1 inch thick) and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
