  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.

  5. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar or vanilla if desired.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add one tablespoon of cream cheese filling on top, then cover with remaining batter.
