  • 12 slider buns (brioche or potato)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz thick-cut bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain and chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined.
  4. Layer half of the slider buns in the baking dish, pour half of the egg mixture over them, then add bacon, cheeses, and green onions. Top with remaining buns and pour the rest of the egg mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
