Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, water, and sugar until melted. Bring to a gentle boil, then stir in flour until fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time. Mix until smooth and glossy.
