Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (about 450g)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (245g)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (30g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
  • ½ cup milk (almond or regular) (120ml)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by peeling and slicing bananas into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine sliced bananas, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to release popsicles.
