- 3 ripe bananas (about 450g)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (245g)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (30g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- ½ cup milk (almond or regular) (120ml)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling and slicing bananas into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine sliced bananas, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
- Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to release popsicles.
