  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté diced onions and minced garlic until translucent (about 5 minutes).
