  • 6 English muffins, split and quartered
  • 8 oz Canadian bacon, sliced
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
