  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs (crushed, plus extra for topping)

Instructions
