- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and lemon juice; simmer for 5 minutes.
