  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, heavy cream, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
