  • 2 tbsp Fresh Black Peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; cook until combined.
  8. Let the steak rest for five minutes before slicing; serve alongside creamed spinach.
