- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine red wine, Fireball whiskey, sugar, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and orange zest. Warm gently without boiling for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix gelatin powder with boiling water until fully dissolved.
- Strain the mulled wine mixture to remove solids and slowly pour in the gelatin while stirring continuously until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or silicone molds evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
