  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mongolian sauce (brown sugar & chili paste)

Instructions

  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about five minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic; stir until vegetables soften (3–4 minutes).
  5. Pour soy sauce and Mongolian sauce over the mixture; stir and simmer for two minutes.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss everything together until well combined. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
