  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  5. While baking, heat cream cheese and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Stir in Italian herbs.
