- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh sage (or 1 tbsp dried)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a roasting pan.
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season all sides with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice, sage, and chicken broth; cook until cranberries pop and sauce thickens.
- Place turkey in the roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it.
- Roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting halfway through with remaining glaze.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with leftover glaze.
