  • 34 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a roasting pan.
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season all sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice, sage, and chicken broth; cook until cranberries pop and sauce thickens.
  4. Place turkey in the roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it.
  5. Roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting halfway through with remaining glaze.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with leftover glaze.
