  • 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts and pistachios), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish lightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine mixed nuts with ground cinnamon.
  3. Layer six sheets of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
  4. Spread half of the nut mixture over the phyllo layers.
