- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and eggs until coated. Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
- Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
