  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks; boil in salted water until tender (15-20 minutes). Drain.

  3. In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes with granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
