- 4 lbs pork shoulder
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds, toasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix garlic, onions, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, paprika, and caraway seeds.
- Place pork shoulder in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Remove pork from marinade and place in a roasting pan. Pour remaining marinade on top and cover with aluminum foil.
- Roast for about three hours or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
