  • 1 pound crab legs (snow or king)
  • 1 pound smoked sausage (Andouille), sliced
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears fresh corn on the cob, cut into thirds
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash shrimp and crab legs thoroughly; halve or quarter potatoes and cut corn.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode; melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add potatoes, sausage, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and water. Secure the lid.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and perform a quick release.
  5. Stir in shrimp, crab legs, and corn; close the lid again.
  6. Cook on high pressure for another 3 minutes and perform another quick release.
  7. Serve hot with remaining melted butter drizzled on top.
