- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
- Serve over steamed rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
