- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Boil cauliflower florets in salted water for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Drain the cauliflower thoroughly in a colander.
- Mash the cauliflower using a potato masher or food processor until smooth.
- Stir in butter and minced garlic while hot.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
