Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups low-carb marinara sauce
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet until cooked through.
  2. Sauté chopped spinach in the same pan until wilted.
