- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 can (15oz) Pinto Beans, rinsed
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 jar (16oz) Chunky Salsa
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a small amount of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in pinto beans and salsa until heated through.
- Spread a layer of meat mixture in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer tortillas, meat, and cheese, repeating until ingredients are used.
- Top with a final layer of cheese and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
