Ingredients

  • 1 lb Linguine
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Sear seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden; remove from pan.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan over medium heat until foaming.
  4. Sauté minced garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and chives, then add a splash of pasta water to emulsify.
  6. Return chicken to pan and toss with cooked linguine until well coated.
