Instructions

- Add peaches and brown sugar; sauté until softened.
- Stir in cornstarch and cinnamon, then remove from heat.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; cut in cold cubed butter until crumbly.
- Stir in heavy cream until a soft dough forms.
- Spoon dough over peaches in the skillet.
