Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Spread the pumpkin puree into the pan and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar and quick oats evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  4. Place cubes of chilled butter across the top of the oats.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
