Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ cup toasted & chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk the almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener until combined.
