- 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink; remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently until thickened.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and glossy.
