Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and artichokes; cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  4. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fold in the spinach‑artichoke mixture into the cheese blend.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9‑inch baking dish and bake for 20‑25 minutes until bubbling.
