- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and artichokes; cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
- Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the spinach‑artichoke mixture into the cheese blend.
- Transfer to a greased 9‑inch baking dish and bake for 20‑25 minutes until bubbling.
