- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 cans (15oz) cannellini beans, drained
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz diced green chiles
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add drained beans, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, and green chiles.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 4 hours.
- Stir in softened cream cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Shred chicken with two forks directly in the pot.
- Stir everything together and serve hot with toppings.
