- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil spray
- Optional: ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Combine cornflakes, flour, paprika, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
- Pat chicken dry and coat first in eggs, then dredge in crumb mixture.
- If using cheese, sprinkle on top before baking.
- Bake on a lined sheet for 20–25 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
