- 1 ¾ Tbsp. (25g) Brown Sugar
- ¾ Tbsp. (10g) Milk
- ⅓ Cup (40g) All-Purpose Flour
- ⅛ Tsp. Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips or more, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, milk, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt until a soft dough forms and all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Fold in as many chocolate chips as you desire to add bursts of melty chocolate throughout the cookie.
- Form the dough into a ball and place it on a parchment-lined microwave-safe plate. Gently flatten the ball into a cookie shape about ½ inch thick.
- Microwave the cookie on high for about 1 minute, or until the cookie looks set but is still slightly soft in the center for a chewy texture.
