- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 quart premium strawberry ice cream
- 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into mini tart pans.
- Chill the crusts in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Fill the crusts with softened strawberry ice cream and smooth the tops.
- Freeze the tarts for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Pour the warm chocolate glaze over the frozen ice cream tarts.
- Press a fresh strawberry slice into the top of each tart.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes before serving.
