- 16 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 3 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1.5 cups Catalina dressing
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) Black beans, drained
- 1 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Red onion, diced
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and cool.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, draining excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, beef, beans, corn, and onions.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour in Catalina dressing and toss until evenly coated.
