- 3 large ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp rose water
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut puff pastry into 4-inch squares and place peach slices in the center.
- Pinch corners up and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow pastries to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Whip heavy cream with cardamom and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe cream into the center of the cooled peach pastries.
- Warm honey and rose water together, then drizzle over the top.
