- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drums)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (approx 375-400F).
- Grill wings for 10-12 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Simmer honey, cayenne, vinegar, and garlic powder in a pan until glossy.
- Brush sauce on wings during the last 3 minutes of grilling.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
