Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 1 ball (8oz) burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach wedges lightly with olive oil.
  3. Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
  4. Arrange peaches on a platter and place burrata in the center.
  5. Break the burrata skin slightly to release the cream.
  6. Top with basil and almonds, then drizzle with balsamic glaze and salt.
