- 3 large ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
- 1 ball (8oz) burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach wedges lightly with olive oil.
- Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
- Arrange peaches on a platter and place burrata in the center.
- Break the burrata skin slightly to release the cream.
- Top with basil and almonds, then drizzle with balsamic glaze and salt.
