- 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick on the tray.
- Press strawberries and blueberries into the yogurt.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely firm.
- Break into shards and serve immediately.
