- 1 large sourdough boule
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carve out the center of the sourdough loaf, leaving a 1-inch shell.
- Mix butter and minced garlic; brush the inside of the bowls.
- Toast empty bowls in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Boil spaghetti until almost al dente, drain, and mix with marinara sauce.
- Fill toasted bowls with pasta and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown.
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
