Ingredients

  • 1 large sourdough boule
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carve out the center of the sourdough loaf, leaving a 1-inch shell.
  3. Mix butter and minced garlic; brush the inside of the bowls.
  4. Toast empty bowls in the oven for 10 minutes.
