- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4–5 large fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix flour, salt, and 1/4 cup brown sugar; rub in 1/2 cup chilled butter until crumbly.
- Press 2/3 of the mixture into a tart pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Toss sliced peaches with cornstarch and cinnamon.
- Arrange peaches in the chilled crust.
- Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
