- 6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Toss sliced peaches with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and lemon juice in the dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut chilled butter into the dry mixture until crumbly lumps form.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until the topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
