- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into fillets
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 12 mini slider buns
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice chicken into small rectangles.
- Coat each chicken piece with pesto.
- Air fry at 380°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Toast slider buns in air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Top chicken with mozzarella and melt for 60 seconds.
- Assemble chicken on buns and serve.
