  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup homemade Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup crispy homemade croutons
  • 1 tablespoon rinsed capers
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the cooked turkey breast into bite‑sized cubes.
  2. Warm homemade croutons in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden.
  3. Wash, dry, and finely chop romaine lettuce.
  4. Whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Toss lettuce with dressing until every leaf is coated.
  6. Add turkey, Parmesan, capers, croutons, and parsley, then gently fold and serve immediately.
