- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 6 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place cottage cheese, maple syrup, dates, and vanilla in a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Stir in the sea salt manually.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 4 hours, whisking every hour to break up ice crystals.
- Scoop and serve.
