  • 1 small onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, quartered
  • Balsamic glaze optional for finishing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers, soaked if wooden

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, wine, and garlic to create a quick marinade.
  2. Add steak cubes; coat well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
